The general rule for the citation of archived materials is to give sufficient information to: (a) identify the archived document; and (b) enable it to be located. The archived document should be identified in accordance with the applicable rules in this guide. It should be enabled to be located by providing details in accordance with the particular rules of the archiving institution.
