University of Otago - Colloquium and Public Panel Discussion on 40 Years of the Property (Relationships) Act 1976: Reflection and Reform
~~~~8-9 DECEMBER 2016 – FACULTY OF LAW, OTAGO – both events are being held in Auckland ColloquiumThis colloquium is aimed at critically evaluating the Property (Relationships) Act 1976 and offering suggestions for reform. The Act is currently being reviewed by the Law Commission. At this free public event, leading national and international experts will discuss how and which property should be subject to division and the relationships to which a reformed PRA should apply.
