Professor Stephen Smith, from McGill University in Canada and also the Law Foundation’s 2017 Distinguished Visiting Fellow, is now part-way through his tour of New Zealand law schools.<\/p>\n
On 10th August he gave a very well received public lecture at VUW entitled “Private Law Remedies: Foundations, Scope, and Structure”.
