The Law Foundation is providing funding for editing the colloquium publication and for bringing the following international speakers:<\/p>\n<h5><a href=\"http:\/\/www.law.cam.ac.uk\/people\/academic\/jm-scherpe\/1231\">Dr Jens Scherpe<\/a><\/h5>\n<p>Senior Lecturer, Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge University<\/p>\n<h5><a href=\"http:\/\/www.law.cam.ac.uk\/people\/academic\/jk-miles\/57\">Ms Joanna Miles<\/a><\/h5>\n<p>Senior Lecturer, Trinity College, University of Cambridge<\/p>\n<h5><a href=\"http:\/\/sydney.edu.au\/law\/about\/people\/profiles\/patrick.parkinson.php\">Professor Patrick Parkinson<\/a><\/h5>\n<p>University of Sydney<\/p>\n<h5><a href=\"http:\/\/www.alrc.gov.au\/about\/commissioners\/Rosalind-Croucher\">Professor Rosalind Croucher AM<\/a><\/h5>\n<p>President of the Australian Law Commission<\/p>\n<h4>Public Panel Discussion<\/h4>\n<p>The ground-breaking Property (Relationships) Act (PRA) is now 40 years old and is in need of some reform. The Act is currently being reviewed by the Law Commission. At this free public event, leading national and international experts will discuss how and which property should be subject to division and the relationships to which a reformed PRA should apply.
