This year five scholarships will be awarded, three of which are now open for applications:<br \/>\n<\/br><br \/>\n<strong>Shadow Report Award<\/strong> \u2013 closing date is Friday 1<sup>st<\/sup> August<br \/>\n$10,000 is awarded annually, to help human rights advocates report on New Zealand&#8217;s compliance with its international treaty obligations.<\/p>\n<h5><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lawfoundation.org.nz\/?page_id=2236\">How to apply<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lawfoundation.org.nz\/?page_id=2224\">Previous recipients<\/a><\/h5>\n<p><\/br><br \/>\n<strong>International Research Fellowship<\/strong> &#8211; closing date 1<sup>st<\/sup> September<br \/>\nUp to $125,000 is awarded annually. This is New Zealand&#8217;s premier legal research award. It enables research in New Zealand or overseas that aims to make a significant contribution to an area of New Zealand law.<\/p>\n<h5><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lawfoundation.org.nz\/?page_id=539\">How to apply<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lawfoundation.org.nz\/?page_id=48#IRFprev_recips\">Previous recipients<\/a><\/h5>\n<p><\/br><br \/>\n<strong>Cleary Memorial Prize<\/strong> \u2013 closing date 30<sup>th<\/sup> September<br \/>\n$5,000 is awarded annually.
