Notes of her address &#8220;Transforming the judiciary \u2013 a continuing South African journey&#8221; are <a href=\"wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/Ethel-Benjamin-Lecture-April-2012-Justice-Kate-ORegan.pdf\">now available for you to read.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Justice O&#8217;Regan was judge of the South African Constitutional Court from 1994-2009.
